Combination of glass storefront and curtainwall, natural stone veneer, fiber cement panels, and stucco. Glass and aluminum storefront doors for entrances, insulated steel doors for service areas. The garage is gated with secured access that is activated by the same security system at Domain Place.

 

Interior Finishes.

Entry lobby includes a wood veneer soffit, stone tile floors and wood veneer elevator surrounds. Decorative LED fixtures line the ceiling and are supplemented with recessed fixtures. Upper floor lobbies have similar treatments, and tenant entry doors are flush wood with white oak veneer set in aluminum frames. Tenant shell spaces feature exposed columns, and framed drywall partitions between the tenant and common spaces. All exterior walls are insulated floor to ceiling.
